Today March 3rd, 2010 marks the 1 Year Anniversary of the beginning of Britney Spears’ mega successful The Circus Starring: Britney Spears tour. It started the beginning of a great era and became a world tour that rocked pop culture and marked an historical year for Britney and her fans.
