'I told Brit I'd write a bulletin on here to try to clear some news to atleast the people who are on my list...

Lately, you've been seeing pics of me and Britney partying (blah blah) and she knows that some of her fans are very upset about what they call her 'behavior' and sadly they're blaming the issue on her being friends with me. Yeah, me and Brit have become really close in the past few weeks, and we've gone out alot in the past few nights, but I never influence anything she does, and neither does anyone else.

Brit is her own person and she deals with her own things everyday. For people to call out her parenting skills on behalf of her partying ethics is appalling. Britney loves her kids to death, and I know for a fact that it truly hurts her when she sees these cruel things being written about her.

She goes home every night to her babies and partying has not come in the way of her parenting.

Anyone who has called her out on this should really be ashamed. There are thousands of mothers out there who like to go out and have a good time. But, you do not see people out there calling them 'bad parents' She's young, and if she wants to go out and have some fun, let her. Just because she does these things does not mean she doesn't care about her children. For the sake of Britney and her kids, be kind'

Her recent nights out with party girls Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan -- and those uncensored, R-rated crotch shots that were splashed across the Web -- drew disapproval from her fans and other Spears watchers.

Spears and Federline, 28, have a 1-year-old son, Sean Preston, and an infant son, Jayden James, who was born September 12. Spears is seeking custody of both children, with visitation rights for Federline.

Federline, an aspiring rapper, is seeking spousal support and sole custody of his sons with Spears.

Perez Hilton, taking directly from In Touch Weekly, is reporting a laundry list of hearsay regarding Britney and Drugs under the flashy headline 'BRITNEY CAUGHT WITH DRUGS!'.

He has posted the entire article written by the tabloid, following by adding his drama to get more traffic with that headline, which will make water cooler conversations tomorrow morning start out with 'Did you see on Perez that Britney was caught with drugs?'

Cmon Perezzie, we love ya, but the dramatics of the headline with a football field lengths of hearsay doesn't turn the ginseng into vodka ;)

This is basically a demonstration of how the media makes the headlines 'the facts', sells the mags, and gets the ad impressions, based on things they heard from someone, who heard from someone, who heard from someone..

X17 has just discovered that Britney visited a surgeon a few days ago to discuss another operation on her busted knee. Considering that her last knee injury brought an end to her tour (and enabled her to spend more time with then-boyfriend Kevin Federline), let's hope it's not necessary - and if it is, that she'll pick a more suitable back-up dancer to help 'nurse' her back to health!

She handed the wine to an assistant before climbing behind the wheel and driving to meet up with friends at Hollywood hot spot Hyde.

Spears' partying since breaking up with husband Kevin Federline could jeopardize her petition for sole custody of sons Sean, 15 months, and Jayden, 3 months.

A source close to Federline tells Us Weekly government authorities could get involved. 'They're not watching Britney, but all it takes is one phone call and they will be.

'It doesn't help that she's leaving clubs with wine glasses.'
