While promoting his film 'Alpha Dog,' Timberlake was asked his thoughts on Britney by new FOX News Entertainment producer Ashley Dvorkin.

Its a fair question, given that the two grew up together on the 'Mickey Mouse Club,' came of age together as pop superstars and conducted a very high-profile romance during which they were all too willing to be photographed in those cheesy his-and-hers outfits (go back and look up those powder blue threads if you dont remember).

But Timberlake would say nothing about Britney. In fact, he waved his hand and uttered 'No comment' faster than you can say 'Future Sex/Love Sounds' the title of his Grammy-nominated album. Clearly hes not interested in making any kind of love sounds about the woman with whom hes had past sex.

The new Justin the one who's transitioning into a 'serious' actor, gets kudos from the Grammys, dates movie star Cameron Diaz and even has his own clothing line does not want to be associated with a tabloid train wreck whos yet to prove she can get her life back on track.

TMZ broke the story on Thursday that the Kentucky beauty may be stripped of her crown do to her own wild behavior. The web site opines that id Tara Conner practiced what she preached, the soon-to-be-ousted Miss USA wouldn't be in Donald Trump's doghouse with her tiara in her hand.

It's still not entirely clear as if they beauty queen will be dethroned, but TMZ is reporting that she indeed will lose her title and the perks that go with it.

In an exclusive online report on Friday, TMZ reported that it has learned that first runner-up, Miss California Tamiko Nash, will be inheriting the crown.

The beauty queen turns 21 on Monday and had planned to celebrate her upcoming coming of age birthday with dual bashes at the Pure club in Las Vegas, and at Stereo in New York, according to Fox news.

According to a report online from Fox the beauty queen has been romantically linked to two of Stereo's owners and celebrities who cavort at the NYC hot spot, including MTV veejay Damien Fahey.

Trump, who operates the pageant with NBC, refused to detail Conner's 'issues,' but called the situation 'very serious.'

'I'm concerned about her. And I want to make sure that she's treated really fairly. And I'm also concerned that we do the right thing for the pageant,' he said.

Britney has made the move from Malibu to Beverly Hills with the purchase of this $7.2 million Mediterranean influenced home. With six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and 7,400 square feet, Britney should have more than enough space to reenact a less classy version of the Beverly Hillbillies complete with vag flashing, chain smoking, barefoot babies, and ringworm.

News reports from several 'reputable' sources have been reporting that Paris Hilton was using her MySpace blog to defend Britney Spears. In the fake blog, the 'heiress' states that Brit is a great mom who is always there for her children, and that Britney's partying is just the normal behavior for a 25-year-old.

While these are thoughts that could possibly be in Hilton's head, only Miss Hilton knows for sure. TMZ contacted Paris' rep, Elliot Mintz, who revealed that 'Paris did not write it. She does not have a MySpace account.'
