Britney Spears insists on popping out of her clothes, she can hardly
fault her fans for causing a commotion. Cruising around Los Angeles in her
brand-new $150,000 Mercedes SL-600 convertible on Sunday, Spears and a gaggle of
galpals stopped into Jerry's Deli on Melrose Avenue for refreshments. But when
she got back in her car, a throng gathered around it and cops had to break up
the traffic jam. The night before, the naughty nymphet hung out with 'XXX' star
Vin Diesel at the Polo Lounge after a hard day's 'recording session' with
Limp Bizkit bad boy Fred Durst. Meanwhile, Spears is in talks to play a
modern-day Sherlock Holmes in a new flick. Maybe she can trade in that newsboy
cap for Sherlock's deerstalker.
