Hey everybody, or behalf of World of Britney.com, we'd like to wish you a Happy New Year !! Dude wow, 2002 has been a year that has felt like ten years to me man, lol, seriously.....ever since that Jan. 1st at 3 AM when I got that mail......to the point where I'm at today........feels like an eternity !! so many things have happened and that includes the World of Britney where we've had our ups and downs but we've basically worked most of it out.

2002 was the year when we started taking our site to a more professional and to a more serious level, we realized the importance of our site to Britney fans, and we applied our discipline accordingly. We launched WoBPictures.com, a separate entity to WoB, where we created the largest and most interactive Britney Spears image gallery out there, with user input such as comments, rating and uploading features.

We started 2002 by having the exclusive World Premiere of Britney's and Michael Jackson's duet and then in the middle of the year we had The WoB Internet Team Contest (summer), where we flew Linda and Travis from Portland to Orlando to watch Britney Spears from front row, meeting up with them, doing the whole concert experience was awesome, won't forget Shanna and Angie either !........it was definitely one of the coolest things we've done. Later came the release of the original WoB productions, starting out with our original music videos followed by our 2nd Anniversary Celebration followed by Britney's 21st Birthday Celebration and to finish of with comEDY......it's been a busy and awesome year, and we hope just like we said on New Years 2002 that we can make this year better for all of you than the last one !!
