Hey Ruben!

I just got home last night from New Orleans Louisiana! I'm bored nothing really to do at the moment so I figured I'd share my story, yes Britney is in here somewhere J

So the first of November, my family and I set out to Louisiana. We went to a couple of US president's houses, battlefields, and a writer's house (To which I forgot his name, he wasn't that big).

Where the real fun starts is on November fifth now, to be completely honest; we entered Kentwood on the fourth, not fifth we just didn't visit anything until the fifth.

So, on the fourth we were let's say an hour away from Kentwood. I started to doubt if I could even get out of the truck. I mean seriously, getting that close to Britney scared me!

I didn't really know what to expect. Although; in my mind's, mind. I pictured a dirt road, more cows, est. I have no idea what I was thinking. We came into Kentwood through the city.  Instead, it was not what I expected. 

We drove around a half an hour before it got dark and found the Kentwood museum for tomorrow. We stayed half an hour away in a town I don't remember.

So the next morning it was raining like hell. After ten minutes or so mom suggests that we go into a gas station to ask for a map. Stupidly, I didn't go in. Something I will always regret.

About half an hour later (literally) mom comes walking out and jumps into the truck. We then make our way to a drugstore to look for 'the real Britney doll'

We walked in we were in the wrong place mom bought something and we went next door. Which happened to have the 'Home Of Britney Spears' sign above! So walking into a couch store we see this porcelain Britney doll. It was from BOMT it only cost lets say above $100. In the end we got it.

THEN, mom directed us like east or something. She then goes on to tell us she got the street where Britney lives and her other house. Now if u were in my shoes what would u do? I just stared at her blankly. Still raining we go 8 miles, that's where the cows were. 

We drive down this road that's has water above it like 3 inches. We drive through that and then there we are. Serenity. Jumping out I get to the gate and look on in. Britney has a lake in her front yard. I swear it was raining that hard! We take pictures (which u'll get when my dad emails them from his office to me) and I leave her a letter thanking her, which I doubt she'll read.

Then we go back and visit her home house! Then a bunch of dogs come out and bark at us. Well-trained dogs!

Still raining. We take pictures then leave to the museum. Not much to say about it, the lady didn't seem to like Brit much, that's okay though.

Anyways, mom got information. And had Jamie Spears (dad) been at work instead of NY. My mom would have talked to him! But, he was in New York. Sh*t! Oh well. Well there's my story.
