"Britney's a really sweet kid but things can get rough in this business.
Sometimes it can be really hard. I was lucky. It didn't happen to me until I was
an adult. I was in my twenties when I got my first record deal and almost 30
when things went really wild. I knew right from the start that I didn't want to
be part of the circus that goes with this business. It's different for kids like
Britney. The madness just hits them and they have to learn to cope. They have to
