As we are getting ready for the premiere of MTV Fanography: Britney Spears we are going to give you some exclusive profiles of some of the fans that are going to be on the show that come from WoB. First off is Matt Stopera from New York, who's a member of the WoBForums and found out about the Fanography auditions from our website. Here is his story on how he auditioned, how he was picked, and what it was like to be on one of those shows anyone would only dream of being part of.....and that's MTV + Britney + Fan = Ok, You can kill me now....

Since everyone has been wanting to know what happened and how it all happened I am going to be writing it up once and for all. OK well first of all it all started when WoB posted how MTV was having a casting call for a new still untitled show. It was like the second to last day to email them and I decided what the hell... why not give it a try. What you had to do was analyze three things in Britney's life. It could be a performance, a song, a album, act...

Well, I decided to do 'Baby one more time' the song and video, ' Oops... I did it again' the album and finally the VMA's and how it affected her career. SO anyways... I was writing the email and I included many facts such as ' Her cousin is in the video for BOMT, and that BOMT was originally written for TLC. And also how the VMA's have showed she had evolved. And last but not least, how the Oops album showed she had staying power. So I sent the email with little hope and without the slightest idea of what would happen next.

That night about 3 hours after I sent the email I got a phone call. I was in complete shock and I was shaking like a prostitute in church! She asked me about what I thought about BOMT. and she also said I included a lot of cool facts and one of her favorite was the one about BOMT being originally written for TLC. So on the phone she said that she wanted a video of me talking about the moments and also showing a my room a little bit. She said that I needed to FED EX the video since I did the email at like the end of the casting. So I made the video the next day and I got my cousin Delaney to film it for me. The next I made the video. On the video I decided to discuss 'BOMT the video and song, OIDIA the album, VMA's, and 'Britney' the album. I also did the album covers and how she has evolved. During the video I just basically showed my room for a little ( they told us that they didn't want us to show off our room for the whole time but to really talk about how we feel bout Brit) SO I did that and also played BOMT the video and I talked describing and pointing out things about the song and video. I also ran down the street screaming at the end! LOL. SO I FED-Exed that out and within 2 weeks they called me while I wasn't home. I called home for a ride from my parents cuz I was chilling with my friends. And I started freaking out cuz they said that they wanted to come to my house and interview me! So... we set up plans and they came at mid to end of July. It was closer to the end of July.

By then I was really nervous I cleaned my room so it was all puurrrrdy. By the way my room looks totally different then it does now. In the taping you will only see one got milk stand up. I have 5 stand ups now. and MTV also said that couldn't have anything that had any labels or brands *cough* Pepsi *cough* lol. SO anyways now I have a big CD display, tons of records, the walls have a lot of different pics ( still completely filled with Brit, but I just love change and I change the pics so many times, the only thing not completely different is the collage wall.) Also I have about a 100 magazine display and much much much more lol! not to mention now I only have one bed in my room thank god!

SOOOO... they came and they needed directions. So they called a few times when they were coming here ( they were coming from NYC) SOOO they finally got here in a van, and 2 other cars. They started in and they came in. I introduced them to my family and then they said they wanted to see my room. They came up stairs and went in my room. They were in total 'awwww' they were stunned cuz everything in my room is covered. They just went around my room for ten minutes looking at the pics. So then they all say ' wow you win! you have the best room we have ever seen! You win!' OH yeah the people who were there were a sound guy, a camera guy, this girl named tiffany and the director who I thinks name was Danny.

Anyways.. they had to get everything set up... They wanted me to find the tape with BOMT the video on it. SO I scavenged for that and finally found it. So then the taping started with me showing the room. I was soooooooo nervous the first time but they were so nice and assured me that I could do the takes over. So I did it the first time all rigid and scared but by the second time I felt really comfortable.

So then they said I did a really good job and it was on to the questions.

The questions were like...

- what do you think about Justin
-where do you think Britney will go... what direction
-what do you think of don't let me be the last to know
- what do you know about MMC
- miscellaneous concert questions
- BREAST IMPLANTS! they asked this questions and wanted to me to show them

While I was answering the questions I would just talk non stop and go onto another topic lol. they were stunned and would just look at each other and smile when I talked lol! I would start coughing to lol and they were so nice and were like we can do that again and they were like ' are u sure you don't want water or a towel... are you sure'

LOL also during the interview the lights would like start flickering that they used and they were like ' shows how good of equipment we have' lolSOOO then they wanted me to do the talking about the BOMT video while I was pointing out stuff... but they weren't sure if it was gonna work. but they really wanted me to do cuz they liked it so much lol. so they did that but they weren't sure if its gonna work.


AFTER THAT... they wanted me to dance and asked me if I could. they said that everyone else did. so I was like 'ok' and I did. lol I decided to do 'oops' cuz I knew the full dance. So I started the music and I started dancing. My room is pretty small so I was majorly cramped for space. So I started dancing and they said I could put it on as loud as I wanted. So I started dancing and got really into it! I even did the titanic part with my Britney doll ( they LOOOOVED that) When I got done they started cheering to me and said I did the
best out of everyone and that I was amazing. The guys were like 'Jesus I could get a lot of chicks if I could dance like that' lol they were in aww. Oh yeah they were also using like a million tapes lol they even had to go back to the car to get more tapes.

SO...after that they asked me rap of questions and had to do little close-ups.
and then we went outside...


Outside they wanted me to run down the street yelling and screaming like I did in my video. So I did and they loved that. I screamed ' slave 4 Brit' and stuff and the sound and camera guy had to run sideways. they were like ' you got some wheels' LOL then... they wanted me to do a football shot where I stood there pointing number one and finally I did a shoot with my family LOL.

So then they left and said they had to go to Florida the next day. I got calls periodically asking about questions on where to get stuff and other magazine stuff ( they wanted magazine covers so I sent those to them)

AND... finally I got the call a few nights ago that it was gonna be on!
and that is my story lol!
