In regards to the KIIS FM update:

I am writing this letter because I am somewhat disappointed. I have always valued the fact that when Britney had done wrong, you did not make excuses for her.. you would say that she was wrong, which is so awesome for a Britney fan site. after all, no one can honestly enjoy a website that sounds like an advertisement (all positive-no negative) but on the Britney impersonation thing, you comment how it was ok for Britney to have someone else call in her place and assume (actually, make up an excuse) that would make Britney look good. the fact is, Britney has been known to ignore fans, and I don't think that you should overlook that fact. Britney needs to understand that she cant expect to treat her fans the way she has and continue to rise to the top. Just a little constructive criticism for you! I still love your site, but felt compelled to write to you. if you would like to write back to me, my email is -------..... not that I think you would, but if you do post my letter ( which I've seen you do in the past) please do not include my email or name .. Thank You!!!

Dear Fan and Visitor:
First of all, take a look at our disclaimer which is written on a grey box at the top, perhaps after having read that, you wouldn't have had the necessity of E-mailing WoB, your E-mail, just like the rest, is of course highly appreciated and we are a site that actually does welcome constructive criticism.

Second of all, please note that if we decided to actually include this as an update was because there was a clear wrong doing either by Britney or by Lynne Spears....and every time there is a clear and an official wrong doing like this, we do like to point it out, for the same reasons that you stated above in your E-mail, we want to make sure this is real and that we're not all about showing the flowers, the green fields and the sheep that stroll around a fantasy world that doesn't really exist, point is, Britney is not perfect, neither is her mom, nor Felicia, they can be mean, they can be nasty and they can be liars, just like artists that have even been knighted by the Queen of England, so that is out of the question.

Lastly, the reason why I said that 'She could have wanted to play a practical joke on the Radio station which is ok' is simply because if I could mention you the amount of times Britney has been fooled or made fun of, or ridiculed by a radio station before, it would probably cancel this out times ten, to name a few, the prank call by 93.3 FLZ to her cell phone when Justin was with her before she went public and the masked avengers prank in regards to Celine Dion. So, you know, it's not in excuse or in defense of her, it's more like in consideration to her. Trust me, we know she's not perfect, we know she lip-synchs, we know she tends to ignore fans and we know she sometimes says one thing one day and the opposite the other, I assure you we're not the fan site that will filter our her mistakes nor differences, this is the real word and this is as real as it gets, yet we support her and we love her as fans who can live with and accept the fact that their favorite artist is nothing more than a human being just like you and I, no matter what image is broadcasted. Having said that, I once again appreciate your E-mail and your daily visits to WoB. - Ruben
