My name is Jennifer Smith and I have been a huge Britney fan and a fan of your site for a long time. First I would like to thank you for all of your time and work, its the only site that I trust and that I check numerous times a day. Last night (Sunday Oct. 20, 2002) I was at work when I received a phone call described as 'urgent.' My friend Sarah, knowing what a Britney fan I was, was calling to let me know that Britney Spears was in my home town. I live in Bakersfield California and we have a speedway called Mesa Marin and I guess Britney arrived Sunday evening via helicopter to gather information for her upcoming NASCAR film. The irony is that I was in LA all weekend hoping to see her shopping in Malibu and that she was actually here in my little hick town. I was hoping that this news tid bit would be interesting to you and the rest of the Britney fans out there. Thanks, Jennifer.
