Just wanted to let you know I went to the Britney concert last night in Philadelphia held at the First Union Center downtown in Center City. Our seats were great. We were so close you could see the re-actions on her face and everything, and I took a whole role of film, and when I get them developed, I'll be sure to show you them. Britney didn't go on till around 915 or 930. They had a lame boy group open for her, they were horrible. Couldn't sing for anything. As much as I dont like O-Town, I think they would have done a much better job opening up. Anyways, after they got off stage, they kept trying to get the crowd pumped for at least a half hour, throwing t shirts and stuff. Her big bodyguard threw the t shirts out. The show was great, just like the Las Vegas show, although I did notice britney seemed tired. It didnt make the show bad, she still danced her moves perfectly, but she didnt make as much face expression, or ad-lib to her songs like she usually does, with the ! 'wooo's....' and stuff like that. But the concert was still off the hook. I kinda feel bad, I think she has been over working her self lately, and really needs a rest. After I heard her say on Access Hollywood that she would be taking a break, I thought 'good, she needs it!!'. She's been doing so much lately. The radio station here said she had canceled the VIP (meeting her before the show) because she was exhausted from the opening of her restaraunt the night before. I don't know if they were just joking, or if it was true or not, but they did say that. I understand that fans came a long way and everything, but I feel her. She is over working herself. She sang Mystic Man, but she didnt do Weakness, which surprised me. I was expecting her to do both. All in All the show was absolutly great!!! But she needs to rest! Every now and then, you would see her laughign when she would be dancing with her dancers, (ex: in Anticipating when she is in the car with the dancer that drives!the car, she was giggling and laughing, seemed like she was enjoying herself). When she did Baby One More Time in the end, her microphone wasn't working, it wasnt on. She was singing, you could see on the monitor and everything that her lips were moving and that she was singing it, but you couldnt hear ANYTHING, just the music. Until the middle of the song, then you started to hear everything. Well, just thought I'd let ya know how it went.
