Many
people have been questioning Britney's DWAD production managers what is UP with
the golden fairy? It scares the hell out of some people, and especially little
kids, I personally don't see anything wrong with it, I think
the dude is cool, flappin' around leaving a trail of golden dust behind him,
or...she? Hard to say, is the fairy a heshe or what? Well, at the WoBForums many
people have said that they get freaked out by it cause it looks extremely
scary. Elizabeth had an interesting analogy, here it comes:
Ok, so a fairy typically has a positive reputation, as does this one, but as the
lil' film goes on she turns evil, revealing her true side, making us question
our reality. She is not the fairy of dreams, but the fairy of nightmares and is
here to...well freak us out. Because then the whole evil fire thing goes down,
and that is NOT 'Dream' like in the positive sense. so i think the fairy is
representing the Nightmares (eventually) and the Britney represents...dreams I
guess because she had all her dreams come true.
I think they should hire the fairy for the next Britney tour too :) It kicks
butt ;D.
