In the two years that I've webmastered this
site, I have probably never had such a jaw drop when I received 4 individual
links that took me to certain places on the Internet. Jennifer sent me 4 links,
all pointing to the Louisiana Secretary of State, listing
the corporations that have been registered by Britney Spears and her family.
This is quite a find, due to that we can now establish stuff that will come in
the future. One of the ones we found that I will focus on right now is Sweet
Jamie Music Inc. effective
since April 22nd, 2002 listing the director as Lynne Spears. This means that
Jamie-Lynn is already getting started on something, seems like she's on to
something, perhaps something in the music industry you never know !. Other stuff that
Jennifer found was Lynne Corp., Britney Corp., and Jamie and Lynne Corp. Now,
what's amazing is that Jamie and Lynne Corp. was created February 16th, 1982,
only 3 months after Britney was born !! It has now been classified as Status:
Not Active (Action by Secretary of State). We also found out that Britney owns
the following Corporations: Britney Touring Inc. , One More Time Music Inc. ,
Britney Films LTD , Britney Television LLC , and Britney On-Line Inc., all of
these created between 1998 and 2000. Some of these are in good standing and some
others are not in good standing for failure to file current Annual Report
according to the website that has published these. Woah.....Anyway, the links
are below for you to check out if interested !! Can't wait to see what Jamie-Lynn is up to though.....
