Hey everyone! It's almost 4am
here but I wanted to tell u guys I'm back and I missed u all!
I hope everyone enjoyed the coverage. it was so noisy the whole time I was
reporting (I even tried to call inside while she was performing but had no
signal) so I hope everything turned out well...not to mention I was not
feeling so well that day (Britney and I were on the same wavelength I guess)
so I tried to do the best I could...I guess Ruben took down the coverage
from the main page cause I was trying to find it but it wasn't there???
Anyway the whole trip was awesome! I don't know if you guys got the last
report I sent but I was mentioning that Britney did the same line up of
songs as her 1st leg EXCEPT for overprotected which was a remix and the Boys
song was also a remix (the song from her video)...
Also I reported that Britney sang a new song right before she sang "not a
girl". She sits at the piano and said she wants to tell us a little bit of
what's going on in her life right now. She said she feels so overwhelmed
sometimes and her life has become larger than herself. and when she feels
this way, she expresses it by writing songs. Then she started singing a
brand new song. I don't know what the title of it is, but it was a beautiful
ballad...I cant remember any of the lyrics now, lol!!! I was just too
excited that this was a brand new song!!!
a couple of other facts and differences I wanted to mention between the 2nd
leg and the 1st...
1)Britney's dancers DON'T bungee jump, only she does
2)They took down the series of TV screens that used to be on stage (like
they cut out when she was bald)
3)They cut out a lot of the video that plays along while she sings
4)She lip synched the entire time except when she performed NAG and the new
ballad
5)During the overprotected performance, she doesn't dance by herself, she
dances with the dancers.
6)Some of the choreography was different in some of the songs.
7)There is NEW merchandise!!! some really cool posters, one of my favorites
is a giant version of the picture of her with a black bra top and gold short
shorts with the silver curtain in the back...
I honestly have to say that Britney seemed a little sad and low energy. I
don't know if it was cause she was sick or what, but it was pretty obvious.
She seemed sad when she was sitting at the piano and talking to the crowd.
but it didn't look like she made any mistakes in her dancing.
Well, I am getting my pictures developed today (I took 6 rolls of film) and
I will scan them in for youas soon as I get them). It was so easy to sneak
in the camera, I don't really think they cared.
