Just a reminder about our Live Coverage tonight
from Las Vegas. Mel has arrived to the Mandalay Bay and will send in her first
broadcast around 10 PM ET. She has to present herself at soundcheck around 7 PM
ET (Las Vegas is under Pacific Time, which is 3 hours earlier than Eastern Time,
but we use Eastern Time as a standard) and will then make her first report right
before the concert starts. She will be interviewing a couple of people before
they go in so that you fans at home can feel the excitement that is going on
over there right now when it happens. Mel will also try to send us a report when
she is inside the concert and hopefully we'll get to hear a little of Britney
singing. The last report will come in when concert finishes, which should be
around 12:30 AM - 1:00 AM Eastern Time where she will give us a review of the
concert and also interview some fans at the exit. We will have this coverage up
for a couple of days in case you missed the live one tonight.
On another note, tonight after the Live Coverage is complete, we will feature a
huge Rosie O'donnell special featuring tons of interviews and performances of
Britney with Rosie. This special will be made by World of Britney.com as a
tribute to Rosie, who as most of you know, left Television to spend more time
with her family. I love Rosie, she's such a huge inspiration to so many people
out there, so I think she disserves something from us, but more on that later
tonight after the coverage !
Hopefully we won't have any technical difficulties tonight, so prepare
yourselves cause in a couple of hours, we're gonna take you to to the Mandalay
Bay Hotel and Casino live from Las Vegas for Britney's opening concert of the
2nd leg of her tour. We hope you enjoy it !!!
