'Britney Spears has spoken for the first time since getting back with her
N-Sync boyfriend Justin Timberlake and tells me their split was 'a living
nightmare'. The pop pair broke up two months ago but when heartbroken
Britney last spoke to me she was in denial and claimed they were still an
item. Now she explains: 'I didn't want it to be over. We'd known each other
since we were kids and I couldn't imagine life without him. 'It was a tough
time. We both went out and drank to block out our sadness but we
still loved each other. We both did the single thing and didn't like it.'
Britney got a call from Justin just over a week ago. She reveals: 'We spoke
about a lot of things and the more we were on the phone, the more we
realized we wanted to be together. 'He's been my rock since I can remember.
Who knows what may happen in the future but now we're together and getting
on with our lives.' Busy Britney and Justin often speak on the phone more
than they actually see each other—they were even on the blower when they had
their bust-up. But now Britney's mobile is her best friend again. She says:
'I don't know what I'd do without it. I always leave messages for Justin
when I'm abroad.' She adds: 'Right now I'm finishing rehearsals for the
second leg of my US tour, which starts next week, and I'll be on the road
for over a month. 'But we won't be far away from each other. We'll both be
in the States—not on opposite sides of the world.'
This is just a rumor, why would Britney speak on the phone with
a British tabloid and not a more reliable source in the US for an official first statement??...And does Britney sound like somebody who would openly say
'We both went out and drank...' ??? Some stuff sounds made up, up
there.....so we're not buying it. I'm really trying to view this whole thing from a realistic point of view, the media is making such a big fuzz about their relationship, spicing up details, telling she said this, he said that, and yet, nothing has come out directly from their mouths yet.
The real truth about if Britney and Justin are a couple again is once again
NOT certain. If it was true, they would have both issued an official
statement already which they haven't. I should have more info in regards to
this by the first week of June, unless some official source makes a
statement before that date.
