Four men who burglarized a vacation home rented by Britney Spears and her
ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake have avoided a jail sentence by signing an
agreement not to sell their stories about robbing the two young singing stars,
according to Internet site E Online Monday.
The report said that a Florida judge sentenced the four teenagers to three
years' probation each. They managed to avoid a 20 month jail sentence after
lawyers representing Spears and Timberlake offered them a deal to avoid jail
time by pleading no contest and signing a "nondisclosure agreement"
that bans them from talking about what they saw inside the house or the items
they stole.
According to police the swag included a cell phone, scarf, hat, liquor
bottles, two camcorders and videos with "personal footage" of vacation
scenes.
