Today I was ordered to remove ALL of the Mark Liddell photos, or be sued. So that included the headers on the site as well. New layout coming soon.

that sucks really bad i already have the pictures and it is everywhere they should just let it be. its not like it is going to be in a museum or something.

I’m no lawyer, so it’s best to consult one to confirm or correct the following: It is my understanding when photos or graphics (in this case B.S.)etc. are presented without permission, the presenter, etc. might be pirating them for personal profit. If this was allowed, the copyright /brand owner would not get any income if someone else sells the same things and gets the profit in their place.
If the intentions are friendly, the owner has the option to allow the activity for personal use only or issue a license for a fee to permit a third party to use or sell the items in question. There’s more information online about this if you may have any more qustions…
Wow!! Well its not like u did it on purpose and I’ve seen way better pics of britney, that’s stupid to be that way towards them pics, I really liked the layout but u always do good with the layouts on the fansite!! Keep up the good work Steven!!!

It wasn’t our fault all his pics leaked to the press, The public saw the media, and that is his “team fault”…However, they just need to do so more outtakes of Britney if their not satisfied with the outcome of the pics being expose to the public…Also, I was getting tired of those pics anyway, because they were all like similiar (even thought Brit looked hot in them), but to me, I feel that they were robbing the public. Everytime, britney got in interview in a magazine or for the cover of 3, they would just post one of these pics, to me that is just lazy and cheap…Britney is beautiful take a lot of pics of her….

Guys..these pics were stolen illegally, and were got by hacking in to a private site. That is called stealing and is against the law!
Britney ,pays for a shoot and is entitled to release what she wants,and keep private what she wants. You do not own her.
There is a copyright law and these pics belong to her and the photographer.

i noticed on breathe heavy that jordan was all talking about some illegal photos being used by ‘other sites’ and came off very snarky and self righteous in not posting them… like ‘theres some ILLEGAL PHOTOS circulating around lately but you wont see them here’ ….cuz you jordan have never ran into legal problems with britneys team, hmm?
