Britney Settles with Treadmarked Papper
eam Britney Spears has reached a financial settlement with the paparazzo who accused the pop star of intentionally driving over his foot with her Mercedes back in 2007.
Rick Mendoza, who was working for TMZ at the time, had argued that Brit’s people “should have known … Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.”
The terms of the settlement were not released — but Mendoza had originally demanded more than $200,000 in damages.

@ ste I agree, if he knew she was in this quote on qoute mental state, why the hell would he get infront of a car of a quote on quote crazy person…It’s his fault….However, at least this negative milestone is out of her hair, one day 2 to go (conservatorship, and full custody of kids)===A Free Britney….

my last opinion on this matter maybe if the public and some fans(not all) were not obsessed with britney’s personel life then the paps wouldn’t of been there in the first f***** place so no foot would of been run over and Britney would’nt of had to pay this f*****!
