A paparazzo has put a price on his foot — $221,533.59, and he wants Britney Spears to foot the bill.
Britney Spears ran over photog Ricardo Mendoza’s foot while leaving a medical building in 2007. Mendoza, who worked as a photog for TMZ at the time, sued Britney but never specified how much he thought his foot was worth. But now he has.
Mendoza claims he’s suffered $195,000 in general damages, $16,533.59 in medical bills and $10,000 for any future foot problems.
Right after the accident Mendoza said he would let bygones be bygones and actually allowed us to auction his sock off for charity. But hey, business is business.

The guy doesn’t deserve anything. It’s in own fault for being an idiot and not moving the hell out of the way and standing so close to a moving car trying to impose on someone’s personal space.
Photographers jump out in front of and right next to cars. One second they are out of the way and the next second they are in the danger zone. It was bound to happen someday because they are always in the way. Look at it this way, you can’t sue someone for running you over if you don’t use a crosswalk or walk when the crosswalk signal says stop. I don’t know how much it costs to repair a foot, but it sounds like this guy needs medical insurance. Even then, he is looking to bank on this incident.
I wish this bitch of a pap, can get alife, if he had a life in the first place he wouldn’t have gottin ran over in the first place. However, He may have updating us pictures of our favorite celebrity, but it was at his cost and not hers. He got ran over and he needs to deal with it. Like the sane ” you don’t look both ways, you get hit,” If I were britney i would have ran him over too, because I had the right away. However, I know Britney didn’t do this intentionally, so he needs to back off.
I don’t believe he had to spend that much on one damn injured foot, they can take all the pics they want to but that’s what he gets for stepping to close to her car, I prob would have ran slam over his ass lol but it made have been exspensive but not dat damn exspensive for one injured foot unless he brought a diamond cast to cover his foot!!!
