My friend’s sister works as the director of events at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, PA and she has a contract with Britney, that has yet to be finalized, for her to perform in Philly sometime in the “fall”. She said most artists do not sign the contract until a few days before it is officially “announced”, and basically Britney will DEFINETELY be performing in Philadelphia, PA at the Wachovia Center!

as you all may have noticed WoB has not had too many photo updates lately besides concert footage and magazine covers , that was because I took a little break. Steven and I do this site for free and although it may seem like he does more because he posts news , I have to deal with the graphics… which alot of you tend to complain about. I also do photos , which if we don’t have within a time frame you guys want them in , you yet again complain. Don’t get me wrong here , I am not bashing ALL of you , just the ungrateful ones who send me nasty emails if the site isn’t to their liking.

how would you like it , if you were being nice and supporting your favorite artists by making a site FOR FREE , and everyday you have to read emails about how someone wishes your site looked like another , or that what you do is not good enough. It sucks!

if you don’t like my designs…. don’t come here , if you really feel we post pictures to late…. go find a site that posts them before us.

with that said and off my chest , I would like to apologize to the rest of the fans who aren’t annoying , opinionated or rediculously picky for my lack of effort lately. I should not punish the rest of the fans who come here for what we DO post rather than what we DONT. Photo updates will be a regular thing yet again , as they have been this week.

Britney Spears is being sued by the photog who’s feet she ran over.

Rick Mendoza was a casualty of Britney’s Mercedes as she was pulling out of a Beverly Hills parking structure in 2007.

In his lawsuit, Mendoza says Britney’s people — who are also defendants — “should have known…Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.”

-OK! First off, that happened on October 19th, 2007- 2007!!!! Nice try buddy! This happened almost 2 years ago, he’s suing now? HA!

-Second-Her “People” don’t control her, they can’t tell her to drive or not at the time.

-Third-You wouldn’t have gotten for foot ran over if you wouldn’t have been right on her car, dumbass! It’s YOUR Fault!!!
