X17online has obtained the court documents in which Britney’s father, as her conservator, has requested a temporary restraining order against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib and here are some interesting excerpts …

All the stuff that others have reported is true — the paper cites instances in which an unknown person instant messaged Britney’s father and demanded to speak to him. The papers allege that Sam said defamatory things about Jamie and that Sam had contacted Brit’s attorney Blair Berk to set up a meeting regarding the conservatorship.

But here’s what the others HAVEN’T reported …

On January 27, 20098, attorney John T. Anderson of the Law Office of John T. Anderson sent counsel for Mr. Seaprs a proposed Ex Part Petition seeking an order authorizing Ms. Spears to retain him as her attorney in the conservatorship proceedings and to relieve as counsel Samuel D. Ingham III, Ms. Spears’ PVP counsel.On January 27, 2009, Mr. Anderson told counsel for Mr. Spears that he had initially been contacted by Mr. Eardly about three or four weeks previously for assistance in preparing legal papers, and that he spoke with Mr. Lutfi about two or three weeks after that. Mr. Anderson said that he told Mr. Lutfi that he could not proceed unless Ms. Spears signed an engagement letter and other documents, and that he provided Mr. Lutfi with copies of such documents so that Mr. Lutfi could have those documents signed by Mrs. Spears. Mr. Lutfi thereafter provided Mr. Anderson with an Ex Parte Petition, and engagement letter, and a Nomination of Counsel that purport to be signed by Ms. Spears.

Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them.

TMZ has just obtained declarations from Jamie Spears and others in the latest Britney Spears case — Britney’s lawyer says Sam Lutfi had inserted himself and tried peddling false and hurtful info about Jamie, Britney and others in her family. 

Sam allegedly was calling lawyers saying that Britney wanted to hire her own lawyer, presumably to fight the conservatorship. Sources tell TMZ that is definitely not what Britney wanted.

As we first reported, the conservators for Britney Spears obtained a restraining order today against Sam Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib and attorney Jon Eardley. We’re told Brit herself is furious at Lutfi and Ghalib and would like to see them jailed.

Here’s the most interesting part….According to the legal papers, late last month Lutfi sent text messages to Brit’s hairdresser, saying he wasn’t responsible for the conservatorship. A week or so later, Britney received “instant messages from a person with the screen name ____….The person — who posed as the mother of a daughter with autism — made a number of utterly false and hurtful assertions concerning Mr. Spears and his family, threatening to go public with such purported ‘information’ unless Mr. Spears spoke with that person.” Almost immediately after Brit got those messages, Lutfi began calling Jamie. 

One of the lawyers in the case filed a declaration saying over the past month she received “multiple telephone calls and text messages from Lutfi.” She says Lutfi wanted to set up an urgent meeting to “speak with Mr. Spears and me with regard to what he claimed was ‘information he had received about Mr. Spears and his daughter, Britney Spears as well as others.’” The attorney also says Lutfi claimed “he had been talking with Adnan Ghalib about the conservatorship and Ms. Spears’ status as a conservatee.”

In another document, one of the conservatorship lawyers claims “Mr. Lutfi has sent text messages and instant messages that contain false and hurtful allegations concerning Mr. Spears, Ms. Spears, and the Spears family.” The lawyer continues, “Mr. Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib, and Jon Eardley sought unsuccessfully to induce an attorney to file” false statements with the court.

The papers make it clear….”Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them.” But we’re told now Brit is so mad at them she wants them locked up.

Under the TRO, Lutfi, Ghalib and Eardley must stay 250 yards away from Britney, her parents and her kids. The TRO also prohibits the trio from “acting on Ms. Spears’ behalf…inducing or assisting another person to file legal pleadings” on her behalf.

Interesting fun fact: In the petition for the TRO, it says Brit has been communicating with Adnan and that “Ms. Spears innocently informs Mr. Ghalib of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit.”

ext Messaging

Spears’s father says her cell phone records show “numerous telephone conversations” and text messages with her ex-manager Sam Lutfi and former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib. 

“[Britney] innocently informs [Ghalib] of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit,” Jamie Spears says. “[He] is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery.” 

Her father also alleges that on Dec. 27 and 28, 2008, Lutfi tried to contact Britney through her hairdresser with the message that Lutfi was not responsible for creating the conservatorship. 

He allegedly sent a text message to the hairdresser saying, “I’ve done everything I can to free her from this. Very close to getting her free now.” 

The restraining orders forbid Lutfi, 34, and Ghalib, 36, from contacting Spears or coming within 250 yards of her, her property or family members, according to the L.A. Superior Court papers. 

Jamie Spears also got a restraining order against lawyer Jon Eardley, who was involved in challenging the conservatorship proceedings. 

Steven Cron of Cron, Israels & Stark in LA told X17online: ”Any such paperwork or request would have to go through the conservator. She is not considered legally capable so she is dependant on the conservator to assist her with any such requests or any such proceedings.”

Britney Spears conservators have just obtained a restraining order against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib. Britney’s lawyers went to court this morning to obtain the injunction.

A source close to the conservatorship tells TMZ Britney asked her conservators to “protect her from Sam and Adnan.” We’ve also learned Britney told her conservators she was afraid of them both and hoped they could be locked up in jail.

A source tells TMZ the conservators believe Lutfi and Ghalib conspired to try and undermine Britney’s conservatorship in a way that would have been extremely harmful to her. We’re also told attorney Jon Eardley — the dude Lutfi used early last year to mount a bizarre, baseless attack on the conservatorship — was allegedly also in on the conspiracy and the TRO is against him as well.

Update: X17online was told Sam and Adnan were in no way involved with this effort and that the pop princess had been meeting secretly with attorneys during her recent visits to the Peninsula hotel. There seemed to be a connection to Brit’s attorney Laura Wasser but it was unclear whether she was aiding Britney in this alleged effort to switch counsel.

A call to Wasser’s office was answered with the statement ‘We don’t talk to the media about our clients.’ Calls to the LA Superior Court were met with a frantic reply that they were trying to chase down the restraining order documents and would get back to us(X17).”

Everyone knows Britney Spears is no fan of ex-hubby Kevin Federline’snew galpal, ex-volleyball champ Victoria Prince. But on Monday, a longtime Spears insider called this column to share tidbits from a nasty phone fight between the entertainer and K-Fed — mostly focusing on Spears’ obsession with Prince, especially when it comes to her children.

Calling the conversation a “total hysterical screaming match,” the source claimed Spears told Federline in no uncertain terms she did not want “that cunt anywhere near my kids.” The witness also reported that Federline apparently went into some detail — on the other end of the phone line — telling Spears, “You really don’t have much say about that.” That was a clear reminder the singer still has limited parental rights when it comes to her sons Sean Preston and Jaden James.

The Monday argument is only the latest in several similar disagreements the former couple has had the past few days — all centered on similar issues, particularly Prince’s increasingly high-profile role in the boys’ lives.

The good news: “Unlike in [other traumas in] the past, Britney didn’t go take a pill or a drink, but went downstairs and did some yoga to calm down. … I think that’s a good sign she’s growing up and dealing with Kevin’s b.s.,” added the source.
